it's like a new record.
"You were the love
For certain of my life
You were simply my beloved wife
I don't know for certain
How I'll live my life
Now alone without my beloved wife
My beloved wife " - Beloved Wife - Natalie Merchant
i love this song, have always loved it, from the depth of my we don't talk about it girly side. but i love it. so i popped it into the car cd player this morning, contemplating putting it on my cd for the wedding (did you know i'm getting MARRIED!) and almost started to cry. so, it get's nixed off the list, but i still think it's beautiful. it may not be your kind of music, but it you have a moment today, listen to it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2PtB5_eEpLs I didn't make it a link on purpose, but there it is on you tube.
my new yoga class will now be called Pretzel Mondays. omg. i'm super sore today. i thought the pain i felt from falling so many times while skiing on Sunday would be erased by the joy of yoga. the relaxing breathing one ness om stuff of yoga. not so much.
not really sure what's going on, but my guess is that i will not be running this afternoon. as walking makes me want to beat up old people for their pain medication. not that i would do that. well.... no... it depends on the pain i guess. maybe I would beat them up for half of a pain pill. like we could split it. that would be nice. splitting pain pills with elderly strangers. like in that book by carl hiaasen - skinny dip. he steals pain patches, but it's kind of the same.
