In homage to Bolder,
my good, bad and ugly:
swim - 2000 meters
bike- 60 minutes
run- 5 miles
yoga/stretching - 90 minutes
good:
week 2 of training, life is going well, i've got the schedule down!
bad:
ok, that doesn't look that impressive, but it took 5 days!
I need to swim faster-- but that's more than a mile! wow
the plan for this week:
swim: 2500 meters
bike: 60 minutes
run: 10 miles
yoga/stretching: 90 minutes
so
Monday yoga 60 minutes - class
tuesday swim 1200, run 2-3
wednesday yoga 30 minutes
thursday swim 1200, run 2-3
friday bike - 60 minutes - class
saturday - run 5 miles
sunday - read my book.
ugly- not impressed with the way my hips felt after the 5 miles - all this cross training, i worry i'm forgetting the running roots - must bring back the running
ugly part 2
(or, rant about K)
he's a wonderful wonderful man. that being said, he told me that I 1. don't run enough, or fast enough, and 2. that my race pace for biking should be what his "sunday stroll" pace is... because apparently the hardest I can work/maintain, is a ride in the park for him.
so what if it's true!
jerk.
but in an effort to maintain happiness in the household, i said "thanks for the tips dear" and then under my breath something that began with a f and ended with a u.
