I'm alive.

first i had the big event of the year - and a week in orlando to run it
then i had the 1000 emails that happened that week to catch up on
a KILLER tri class
then the flu

i'll be back in the blog saddle when i can breathe without wheezing

not sure what this is going to do about the tri in
