spring has sprung

It has to be an invisible sun - Sting? Police? not sure

using it - when describing maine in the spring. it needs to stop snowing.
it needs to be over 50. IT NEEDS TO BE SPRING SOON

i'm taking a gulp of fresh air, and getting back to my life after about a month
of crazy. getting ready for the conference, going to the conference,
then the flu, then K having his appendix out (in an exciting all night trip to the ER)

i went back to tri class after skipping it for 2 weeks. except when i
got there, it was cancelled. no one thought to call me to tell me that instructor meanie was on vacation. so i swam 20 laps and ran 3 miles.

just like that.. in a pretty good time.

ok, in a pretty good time for me.

ok. seriously mile 1: 9:30. mile 2: 9:13. mile 3: 9:13

go back and read that again - 3 miles in less than 30 minutes (after swimming 20 laps in like 25 minutes)

embarrassingly slow for most people, but DAMN IMPRESSIVE for slow little me

the tri is in 32 days.

omg

i think at this point my biggest worry is the bike. i've been spinning, but haven't been on the open road since last summer. and it's been really anti outside biking weather around here. I'm promising myself 3-4 rides outside this month to get back to my bike, and its shifting. but i'm still super worried about it.

hello HouseRunner! i built my current home from plans, and, i had to run from my house for about two years, because i had no energy to do anything more about it!

thanks for your offer of support. you didn't leave an email, so, i tracked you down here!

we are trying to spread the word on greater awareness for cancer, and to drive donations to research and survivorship through our stories.

you could submit a story on write2fight.com, or, you could do a post spreading the word, or link write2fight.com here... whichever is appropriate for you!

if you want the code for the logo, you can email me back, and i will send it to you with some instructions...

    warmly, Greg aka Bolder
